There’s no major prep needed. Stay hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment, and wear comfortable clothing that gives us easy access to the area being treated. For fat freezing, avoid anti-inflammatory medications for a few days beforehand if possible. We’ll send you all the details when you book, so you know exactly what to expect.

For most treatments, yes. You can return to your usual routine immediately, including going to the gym, practising yoga, or taking a run along Bondi Beach. For certain skin treatments like SQT, we recommend giving it 24 hours before intense workouts to avoid irritation. Your therapist will provide you with clear aftercare advice based on the treatment you’ve undergone.

Our treatments use TGA-approved technology and are designed to be as comfortable as possible. Fat freezing feels cold initially, TeslaFormer creates a deep muscle contraction (similar to an intense workout), and HIFU has a slight warming sensation. Most clients find the sensations manageable, and our therapists are there to adjust settings and check in with you throughout.

It depends on the treatment and how your body’s recovering. For most non-invasive options like fat freezing or TeslaFormer, we generally recommend waiting until you’ve finished breastfeeding and your body has had time to settle – usually around 3 to 6 months postpartum. During your consultation, we’ll assess where you’re at and recommend the safest, most effective timing for you.
