Niki is a qualified dietitian and nutritionist with a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney. Niki is passionate about a holistic approach to nutrition, where all factors that affect health are considered. These include the role of emotion on food choices, stress, sleep quality, genetic predisposition and biochemistry. She believes that the number on the scale should not determine self-worth. She aims for her clients to feel good from the inside, which in turn allows them to glow from the outside.
Niki enjoys cooking and creating recipes that are delicious and healthy! Yoga and meditation are part of her daily practice and she also enjoys going for scenic walks all around Sydney.
