My personal belief of food playing a significant role in overall health and wellbeing, led me to study nutrition and exercise science at university.

I love educating clients in positively fuelling their bodies, and assisting them in reaching their body goals.
On top of this, I enjoy gymnastics and spending time outdoors; but I also advocate a balanced life – a drink with friends can sometimes be just the medicine you need.
