With summer on it’s way, why not indulge in a healthy and delicious spicy papaya drink. This tropical punch offers loads of vitamin A and C. If you feel like turning it into a beautiful summer cocktail add a few shots of a high quality gold tequila and enjoy!
- 3/4 cup diced papaya
- 1 cup diced watermelon
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 red jalapeno pepper or long red chilli (sliced; seeded if desired to reduce heat)
- Slice of lime
- Slice of jalapeño or chilli to serve
- Puree papaya, watermelon, lime juice, and 1/2 jalapeno in a blender until smooth. Strain and chill. Serve over ice and garnish with a slice each of lime and jalapeno.
