With a background in health sciences, Samantha learned of the emerging technology of cryolipolysis and saw the potential to offer a non-surgical yet medically proven treatment for fat loss.
“I noticed that irrespective of how well people ate or how much they exercised, they would still retain weight in certain areas, the disconnect between the two fascinated me as much as it frustrated me. What was even more concerning was how this disconnect affected people’s confidence.”
Her vision for Body Catalyst was to combine the best technology with a holistic approach, bringing expertise in health science and nutrition to the services offered to customers.
Samantha’s an active member of several entrepreneur communities and female business groups, and regularly shares her experiences in building Body Catalyst to other aspiring members of the startup community. Samantha has two young children, two cats, and one husband with stubborn love handles.
Bernadette is responsible for the southern States of Australia. She comes from a large Lebanese family, where food is a catalyst for interaction, joy and laughter. Her love of authentic food has followed her into adult life, and is now being passed onto her own children. Through family education, she recognises that food is medicine, and has the power to promote positive life changes. Bernadette also enjoys an active lifestyle, from high intensity competitive sport to leisurely weekend bike rides with her family.
With these passions, Bernadette brought Body Catalyst to Melbourne, and now her and her hand-picked team help others be the best version of themselves, offering advice on non-invasive treatments, nutrition and exercise. Bernadette and her team look forward to helping you.
Amy has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. As a nutritionist, fitness enthusiast and mother, Amy is extremely passionate about nurturing and supporting people towards a healthier lifestyle. Her life’s purpose is to help facilitate healing within the body, mind and spirit to restore balance and encourage the body to heal itself. She really enjoys empowering people to adopt a balanced lifestyle to promote health and wellbeing for a better quality of life and to help prevent illness and disease.
“My goal is to focus on integrating the whole wellness aspect of your health. Whether you want to feel better, change your body shape or both, correct nutrition plays a pivotal role”.
Tatijana has an overwhelming passion for nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle, which has stemmed from her very own experiences. She loves the way healthy living creates happiness and vitality.
“I love working with people to increase their life spans, bring forth new adventures, open up opportunities, raise awareness and to make the most of their lives. So many people have an idea how good life can be when you live a healthy lifestyle and it’s my job to guide them on the path to vitality and well-being”.
Joannah is an Accredited Nutritionist and Accredited Practising Dietitian. She has been working as a Dietitian for the past 7 years and is passionate about helping people to improve their quality of life as well as educating people on how to make sustainable healthy choices that fit in with their lifestyle.
“I aim to educate people on how to nourish their body and how to enjoy all foods in moderation as a sustainable lifestyle change so that they may be their healthiest and happiest self”.
Hannah is from the States, where she worked in spiritual communities teaching yoga and doing healthy vegetarian cooking. She also worked in world renowned resorts doing massage and Watsu, which is a form of holistic bodywork done in warm water. In New York Hannah worked with cancer patients, teaching yoga, doing massage, dance and guided visualization meditations. She has learned so much through her own experience of trauma, gaining/losing weight, and self study of nutrition and healing. She is a mother, and loves sharing her compassion and empathy with our Body Catalyst clients.
Adriana has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She started working as a Lawyer back in her country Venezuela, but soon realised that her real passion was to help people improve their health and prevent diseases. In order to fulfil her passion she became a Registered Nurse and kept working as a personal training here in Australia.
“My purpose is to assist people to make small changes that lead to better health. Better health is not a destination, it’s a work in progress. I love helping people understand that the body they have is the only one they get and looking after it can enhance their life”
Lauren is a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach who believes there are no limitations that our minds cannot overcome, that no obstacle can hold us back without our permission. Lauren is a champion for individualism, and makes it her personal mission to educate people that just as with life, there is no “one size fits all” approach to nutrition and exercise. “I take a genuine interest in seeing positive change in people, whether related to health and fitness or not. It’s made all the more sweeter being a part of their journey.”
Giulia is a qualified nutritionist with work experience both in Italy and New Zealand. She has always had a passion for holistic health, and guiding clients towards cultivating an awareness of physical and emotional wellbeing. She enjoys educating and empowering clients to make the necessary changes to continue on their path to wellness.
“I believe in creating sustainable and achievable dietary and lifestyle choices and enjoy the rewarding journey towards recovery and wellbeing.”
Jacinta has recently completed her Bachelor of Health Science specialising in Nutritional Medicine and Dietetics. Jacinta is incredibly passionate about health and wellness and educating clients on the benefits of eating whole foods to help nourish the body and empowering clients to change certain behaviours that may be detrimental to their health.
“Since completing my studies, I am now provided with a thorough understanding of how the body works and the importance of good nutrition and lifestyle behaviours in our day to day lives. At Body Catalyst, I am very supportive of my clients and there is nothing more rewarding then seeing them achieve their body goals and provide nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to restore their health and regain vitality”.
Hailing from New Zealand, Luzie’s background is in biomedical science, and psychology. Extremely passionate about meditation, yoga and cycling, she is a plant-based nutrition advocate, and knows first hand the benefits of a holistic wellness regimen.
“My passion lies in helping people make a sustainable change, and laying to rest the many myths that exist around nutrition and exercise. I am a passionate educator about healthy living, and draw from my background in psychology, and mindfulness to provide people with practicable advice as to how to best implement changes in their life.”
Rebecca’s Chinese heritage complements the balance of health and wellbeing Body Catalyst promotes. She is a qualified therapist, and her nutrition advice is invaluable to her clients.
My personal belief of food playing a significant role in overall health and wellbeing, led me to study nutrition and exercise science at university. Ann Wigmore says it best:-
“Food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine, or the slowest form of poison”
I love educating clients in positively fuelling their bodies, and assisting them in reaching their body goals.
On top of this, I enjoy gymnastics and spending time outdoors; but I also advocate a balanced life – a drink with friends can sometimes be just the medicine you need.
Niki is a qualified dietitian and nutritionist with a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney. Niki is passionate about a holistic approach to nutrition, where all factors that affect health are considered. These include the role of emotion on food choices, stress, sleep quality, genetic predisposition and biochemistry. She believes that the number on the scale should not determine self-worth. She aims for her clients to feel good from the inside, which in turn allows them to glow from the outside.
Niki enjoys cooking and creating recipes that are delicious and healthy! Yoga and meditation are part of her daily practice and she also enjoys going for scenic walks all around Sydney.

Andrea is a strong believer in honouring you from the inside out. She has always been passionate about holistic health and wellness.
Andrea became a certified Integrative Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coach at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This journey lead her to add her Reiki certificate I & II to her practice. She is also certified in Specialised Kinesiology, EFT, NLP and Energy & positive psychology.

Anna is a Sydney based clinical nutritionist and is focused on educating and supporting people to make sustainable changes to live a healthy lifestyle. She looks at using food as natural remedies to help heal and nourish the body, as well as incorporating good sleep, exercise and mindfulness practices on a daily basis. Anna also believes in the therapeutic benefits of spending time out in nature to unplug from technology and take a break from the stresses that can accumulate over time due to the pressures of modern society.

Emma’s passion for health and nutrition led her to complete a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2011, where she has since focused on educating clients so they can make healthy lifestyle choices, adopt a balanced approach and optimise their quality of life. Emma acknowledges that every single person is unique and as such, requires an individualised plan to reach the best possible outcome. Emma believes helping people be the best version of themselves is one of the most rewarding things life can bring.

Vikki has a Bachelor in Health Science in Nutritional Medicine. Working in private practice allows her to work one-on-one in an intimate setting to give her clients the best possible results. This experience combined with her caring nurture and playful nature encourages her clients to learn, grow and make positive changes in their lives.

Louise has a degree in education and training and over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry. She has spent the last 15 years passing on her knowledge and experience educating students to become personal trainers and studio instructors alongside running her own Pilates classes, and she is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
“I believe that acquiring knowledge about exercise and diet are key to a healthy mind and body, and we need to be more mindful in our busy lives to ensure balance. I love working with people to achieve their health and body goals so that they can have the confidence to lead the lives they want “.
Sara is from Barcelona and currently living in Sydney. She is a qualified in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and in Food Science and Technology. Sara has more than five years of experience as a nutritionist in different clinics and is currently studying a distance Master’s degree specialised in Clinical Nutrition.
Sara has been working as a dietitian in consult for more than 10 years and has worked in the medical aesthetic industry for over 2 years. Through this, she gained a lot of experience in the latest aesthetic techniques. Helping people improve their health status and their well-being through her knowledge and skills related to food is her passion. One of Sara’s main strengths is her interpersonal skills and empathy with clients.

Simone is a Nutritional medicine graduate from the Australasian College of Natural medicine. Her passion lies with both supporting and educating her clients, taking them on a journey to achieve their body and mind goals to ultimately live the happiest and most comfortable lifestyle that life can offer as both looking good and feeling good go hand in hand:

Rachael has almost 9 years experience within the Cosmetic Medical Industry.
Jayde has been in the skin and beauty industry for 8 years. She is extremely passionate about anything to do with skin and has a very strong eye for perfection.

Helen competed as an elite athlete in multiple sports before forging a successful career as a Qualified Personal Trainer for more than 30 years. Concurrently she extended her expertise to gain a Grad. Dip in Counselling as she believed that health and emotional wellbeing are inseparable. With this in mind she offers clients a unique hybrid approach of psychology, fitness and emotional wellness.
“We need to see ours lives as multi-dimensional. Every part of what we do and think affects another part of our life. In saying that, I endeavour to encourage people of all walks of life, promoting that fitness, looking good and feeling good are inseparable and possible at any age.”
Amy is a qualified nutritionist whose love for nutrition canters from her love for food. She strives to educate the importance of self-care and balance in terms of diet and lifestyle. Living life to the fullest and enjoying a variety of food along the way!

Alexa is currently studying holistic nutrition at Endeavour college. She is extremely passionate about natural health and holism and educating clients on the benefits of eating whole foods to help nourish the body.

Sheila trained and practised in the UK as a registered nutritionist. She has special interests in nutrigenomics and autoimmunity. She is studying towards an Associate Fellowship in Nutrition and Environmental Medicine in Australia and is involved in a local study on the effects of dietary nucleotides on IBS patients and their gut microbiome. She is also a presenter at medical conferences on the topic of nucleotides and its clinical applications on gut health and healthy ageing.
“I love being able to support clients – sometimes just by chatting during consultations. Everyone has a story to tell. If a client has a complex presentation of symptoms, I encourage functional testing to find the root cause, or refer back to a GP for diagnosis.”
