Marketing Assistant
Location: Melbourne Hybrid
Reports to: Marketing Coordinator
Employment Type: Part/Full-time
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced, purpose-driven team. This role will work directly with the marketing coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns across social, digital, and in-clinic channels — helping us bring our brand to life through engaging content, captivating visuals, and consistent storytelling.
You’ll work directly with our marketing coordinator to create scroll-stopping content, design beautiful visuals, manage social media, and support campaign rollouts that drive engagement, consultations, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, and email campaigns using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design digital assets, posters, reels, GIFs, and videos aligned to brand guidelines.
- Support the creation of campaign landing pages and marketing collateral.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form video content for social media and paid campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Add captions, transitions, and music to align with brand tone and platform trends.
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and post content across all social media channels.
- Engage with community comments and DMs to foster brand connection.
- Track engagement metrics and report insights to optimise content performance.
Campaign & EDM Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns — including EDM design, copy formatting, segmentation, and reporting.
- Support the build and testing of nurture journeys, automations, and client reactivation campaigns in HubSpot.
Marketing Coordination
- Help coordinate campaign rollouts, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and event activations.
- Maintain the content calendar and asset library.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all touch-points.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or currently completing)
- Proficient in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite a bonus).
- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar).
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot or EDM platforms (Hubspot, etc.).
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
