BC Family Membership - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1.1 Only VISA, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted.

1.2 48 hours notice is required to cancel or move an appointment otherwise the appointment is forfeited.

1.3 It is your responsibility to ensure at all times, sufficient funds are available on the nominated card provided as well as updating us of any changes to card information such as expiry dates.

1.4 Direct debits will be withdrawn every 14 days from sign up date.

1.5 If payment is not honoured/declined (i.e. lack of funds) the bank charges a $10 non-refundable fee. 

1.6 Treatments available for redemption on this membership are subject to change. Each fortnight (payment date) membership accrues 1 x service credit.  Please refer to our website for current treatments available for redemption and quantity of credit value each treatment is worth.

1.7 Any unused credits from previous month may be used within 3 months.

Suspensions and Cancellations:

2.1 14 days notice is required prior to direct debit date to suspend or cancel payments.

2.2 6-month memberships can be put on hold for 2 weeks, 12-month deals can be put on hold for 1 month. During the time your plan is on hold, your payments will be adjusted accordingly.

2.3 Should you decide to cancel your membership earlier than the agreed terms, a cancellation fee will apply.

2.4 The cancellation fee is based on a 50% charge of the remainder of the contract.

2.5 Contract and direct debit schedule will be terminated once cancellation fee payment has been made.

COVID-19 Update:
During this unprecedented time, any credits accrued and unused will not expire after 3 months and may continue to be redeemed at your convenience.
